Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever in a caravan park. We had to leave before we even setup because we felt quite unsafe. Very agro and cranky resident who started a domestic just after we arrived. There was shouting, screaming and crying and it was borderline on calling the police.
To top it off a branch fell from a tree and put three dents in the bonnet of my near new car.
I sent an email to ask for a refund and did not even get a reply!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PARK!

It is criminal to how this park is represented in the website to what it actually is when you arrive. Largely permanent sites with a few caravan sites. We booked and paid for 4 nights in advance at $110 a night! When we turned up it looked like a wrecking yard. They had us camping near the bins surrounded by hard rubbish. Small site on top of a large mud holes. The lady refused to move us or give us any refund even though the last nights accommodation was beyond 72 hours notice. She was rude and not at all interested. We didnt even bother unpacking but just left. It was a waste of $440 and an awful experience. Worst camp site i have ever seen in 30 years of camping. it needs to be shut down

Avoid at all costs!!! False advertising

Where do we start. When we arrived, we were bitterly disappointed. Cabin was in need of maintenance. Doors not closing, rusty shower rail, dining table cracked, swollen and chairs old and rusty. Inadequate utensils provided in kitchen drawers for bbq, ie. no sharp knives. Fridge had no storage rails. Bedroom doors wouldn’t close, aircon noisy. Filthy camp kitchen, water logged amenities, very poor tv reception, noisy of a night with people constantly screaming after 10pm. No where to sit outside and the list goes on. The park is so run down, they should not be allowed to remain open. Its extremely overpriced. We complained to management who were extremely rude and dismissive. Booked for 5 nights and left the next morning due to the disgusting conditions. Refused to give us a refund. Hung up on us. Stay away from this park at all costs.

Awful experience and customer service

Very upsetting experience and horrible customer service. Cabin had visible mould, ciggerettes and what looked like tobacco chop in the couch, damp mattress, wet paint on the walls and table which ended up all over my family clothes. Having 2 lil babies with me this was unacceptable. When we asked for a refund after we left the premises immediately, they denied any compensation or understanding. Highly disappointed and this company shouldn’t be allowed to run in this condition. No response back after several attempts to contact them

A park of last resort

The sheets & towels were clean, but the crockery was not. There were no bowls or saucepans. We had to take blankets from two other beds, to keep warm. The floor needed sweeping to remove fragments of broken glass. The caretaker happily replaced a light globe and gave us a broom and toilet brush. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. The fridge door shelves were broken. Two power points were broken and potentially dangerous. The sliding bedroom door had come off its rollers. It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest shops.
