Super convenient to great food - rooms are well sound proofed but need eye mask to block morning light. Staff are excellent- interesting joint - good grungy pub downstairs and very good accommodation upstairs.

Please do not choose this hotel.

Cockroaches, mold, toilet did not flush, the “eco-friendly” hot water heater took 20 minutes of continuous running water to get warm, air conditioner barely worked, and the sheets were clean but the bed linens had stains. This hotel is frankly disgusting. We did not read reviews beforehand because of our travel circumstances we just needed a place in the area for a couple nights.

The aircon in the rooms didn’t work whatsoever - now, this may not sound like a big deal, but since the windows are sealed shut, it genuinely felt like there was no air in the room.
I considered leaving at 1am because it was that bad. The staff were very helpful and even allowed us to change rooms. However, it was just as bad in the next one.
I’m not one who usually complains, but this was a terrible experience.
