Website made it look like there was a laundry room, but that's only for the apartments they rent in another location. Bed and pillows were excellent. Nice to have mini fridge and microwave in the room. Appreciated the jacuzzi in the pool area. Room had good air conditioning and didn't hear noise from adjoining room.

Extremely good customer service with lovely staff allowing us to park early and also check in early. Clean room, nice facilities and a great location, however the maintenance(sheets, towels, toilet paper etc) trolley being left in the hallway our entire stay was a little off putting and not the best thing to see all the time. Surely there’s a place to store these so they don’t get left outside your room permanently as I feel that’s not something a place charging $400++ a night should be doing.

Good Value for your money

The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of. Will definitely come back to this facility again.

AMAZING ROOMS AND SERVICE Highly recommended.

The Fraser suite appartments were amazing, the room was incredible and the Staff went above and beyond . I stayed with Family for a Special Birthday celebration. The staff were amazing, with champagne and an upgrade to the Penthouse.
WOW. WE JUST HAD THE BEST TIME. Thankyou so much for making my birthday even more special.
