Outstanding staff, great location and one of the best hotel breakfasts. The rooftop bar is spectacular but reserving a table is highly recommended.

The Hyatt Regency is not worth the price. Over price breakfast for room service $16 for a bagel and roaches in the elevators. I took a picture so I am not lying. I stayed 14 days and paid a lot of money for a Haborside view. The window was a Box. Not as big as advertised. Cleaning staff didn’t. wipe down the tables daily. One asset it’s in the city of Sydney

Great three night stay in club king room

Very good stay for 3 nights in club room with club access check in and out via club access was very good room was clean bed a bit soft for us so it was not good for our backs otherwise not a problem

Hotel in prime location

Great location. Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. It has a warm and inviting modern atmosphere. The conference facilities were exceptional as was the food and staff. Being so close to all the main attractions in the city meant we could walk everywhere which was wonderful.

Good but not trusty

All good but the hotel didn't offer me baby bathtub even if they confirmed with me by email. They said I could receive it the next morning, but the next day they told me it's unavailable.
