Maze Backpackers met my needs for a short solo trip. The Best part is their location. 8 minute walk to central station, 5 minute walk to light rail. On Pitt Street in "Thai" town. Next to China town. It worked great for me.

Check in staff are not hospitable 2 your requests especialy if your from Interstate or NSW.
They want your passport even when u travel locally, "STAY AWAY & spend a little more for peace of mind.
Do yourself a favour !

good for someone who would like to save in accomodation and would spend more outside 😅 great area lots of asian restaurant around. Near world square,parks and around 10min walk CBD

There were cockroaches in the room, it was very hot and very loud due to plant noise right outside the window.
Only thing going for it was the price but when you can’t sleep, it’s not worth very much.
