Worst Hotel Ever (Cockroaches in room)

Poor hygiene (cockroaches in our rooms, insects crawling on walls in guest lift), poor cleanliness (floor not vacuumed, greasy hair dryer), unprofessional and unhelpful staff (did nothing to solve the situation and asked us to accept the situation), worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Hope no one would ever experience the distress that I felt when dealing with the “5 star” hotel during my holiday.

Kaleb made our check in so easy and was really was excellent (when our plans went adrift) at arranging another night’s stay. Thanks to him for being so understanding. Hotel overall - no complaints at all…..Great!

The kindness of Kristina, Angus & Naufal in the reception was amazing was absolutely amazing and I think that's one of the most important things to make your stay enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the sauna, pool and jacuzzi and in general it was a good time off for me. I'll certainly be back. Thanks guys!!! :)
