Lovely beautiful room, smaller than I thought but had everything needed for a weekend stay. Bed was particularly comfortable.

Great Location, But Rooms Need Improvement

The hotel is in a great area, with great restaurants down Oxford street. However, the rooms are way too small, no place for bags or clothes and tiny bathroom. The carpets had noticeable marks, which made them feel a little tired and in need of attention.
If you're staying at the front of the hotel, be aware that traffic noise can be quite disruptive, particularly at night. The balconies were also much smaller than expected and not really large enough to comfortably sit and relax on.
Overall, the excellent location is a definite plus, but the room condition, noise levels, and limited balcony space detracted from the experience.

Great hotel in perfect location. Rooms are small / boutique but very usable, lovely decor with great pool area and restaurant

The staff were very attentive. We had trouble with accessibility and the staff did all they could to assist us.

Not bad, but not amazing either.

Not bad but not great. Tiny wardrobe, no blow dryer and no chrome casting, because of internet issues. Looks a bit rundown and feels overpriced for what it is. Great location though and rooms have pleasant decor. Just feel they need to lift their game. Place needs a deep clean. Not giving up on them, but could be better.
