Outstanding front desk service

My wife and I recently spent 5 nights at Peppers Manly. We have stayed here previously and always enjoy the fabulous location and facilities. It was no different for this visit. However, what made this trip so outstanding for us was the incredible and attentive service from the front desk staff. In particular, the front desk service of Rebecca and Aylin was brilliant. They were helpful with issues that arose for us and welcoming on every occasion that we returned to the building. We will definitely return.

Wonderful holiday at Peppers Manly

We had a wonderful week at Peppers, great apartments, great view, wonderful staff. Hannah, Rebecca & Anna were amazing, from our first greeting on our arrival and through the length of our stay, they were all so helpful, always happy to assist. Wonderful to have staff that welcome you with a big smile, clearly loving their role at Peppers. We have booked again for 2027!

Amazing location and beautiful room thoughtfully laid out , super clean, great value and just what was needed to relax, staff very helpful and knowledgeable on the area. throughly enjoyed the relaxing peaceful stay

Great location infront of the beach and our room had a wonderful view over Manly esplanade. The staff were so helpful and friendly so it made the stay even more special.

A clean and comfortable property in a wonderful beachside location. Spacious studio with a bath, good amenities and lovely balcony overlooking the sea.
The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and efficient.
The location is perfect for access to the beach, walking paths, shops and restaurants.
