Bar was fully stocked, Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful to all of the guests including me, everything was at good walking distance and lots of coffee shops and restaurants, but the only problem was not enough parking and very hard to find where to go needs to be assigned to fix this issue

SHOCKING!!

AWFUL!!! Filthy, unsafe, cockroach infested rooms. We booked 2 rooms for night's but felt so traumatised we left as we could not stand the thought of staying in these rooms. The photo of the inside of our kettle says it all. If i could give a zero I would. Just shocking!!! It should come with a health warning. The rooms are just so dirty, dated and unsafe. There were cockroaches in the rooms on the landing and the outside .

Overpriced undercleaned

Disgusting. Black mould in bathroom. No power point in room to charge phone or boil jug, must go to bathroom. PUTRID. Bistro 45 mins wait for steak chips veg. Steak like an old boot, 2 tea spoons veges and big serve of yesterday's chips. Cold shower, bath blocked. Staff friendly, make up for disgusting room.

Well overall it was an ok stay. Very hot night and day, with no relief in the room. This one slipped by me, for the price, nit worth it, not a bad room, but no air conditioner was an absolute decider for me, i don't recommend in summer at all!
