Great Family pub

Top notch establishment this one the staff are amazing the food is awesome and plenty of it,Real family oriented Sydney pub with entertainment and plenty to do for the kids

This is a nicely, renovated studio room, with a large king size bed, a nicely, refurbished, shower, and separate toilet. One recommendation would be to have a nightstand or some kind of drawers in which to put things. Nevertheless, it is nicely maintained, I would gladly stay again, and it is closely located to the Tempe train station, which can take you into the city in the central business district within a half hour, the staff are very kind and helpful.

Serious safety and privacy faults

I have stayed twice. First time I was overcharged twice. Meaning I paid for one room with the Barman doing the booking in front of me and then I was charged again.
Not good.
I stay recently as he was not there to give the hotel another try.
My room with all its comforts did not lock. You are given a code to your room which you open the door with. My room would not lock from the inside meaning if I had not checked it I would have slept the night with an unlocked door.
Not good.
In the morning I went to have a shower in the communal showers as my room that I moved to was without a shower.
One toilet door and one shower door had no locks.
I mentioned all this to the new barman and he said that these issues were being addressed.
Do not stay if you value safety and security

Great staff,helpful kind and friendly. The room was fantastic, so clean, a little bit small but exactly what you need.

The room smelled like urine, covered by perfume. I spoke with the manager, who confirmed this was the case, and after an offer to stay at no cost, which wasn't feasible given the smell, she kindly moved me to another hotel, 5 minutes' walk from Tempe Hotel, fortunately.
