Great location, clean and comfortable.

Stayed for 2 nights in March 2023 whilst in Arthur River for the Red Boat trip. Shared Villa 2 with friends. Spacious unit with one queen and two singles. Everything you need in a stunning location. Very clean and comfortable. Good shower and hot water. Beautiful views to the ocean and the river. In a quiet street. Walked across the bridge to the boat jetty. Limited dining options in Arthur River. Small takeaway store (fish and chips) or a 15km drive to the tavern. Best to bring your own supplies. Very peaceful, would definitely recommend and stay again. Good communication from host, Stephen.

Great time at Sunset Villas

Good communication with Stephen.
Very very clean. Looked like the pictures. Easy to find from directions. Had everthing we needed for our short stay.
Great view. Relaxing sitting out on deck with a drink and watching the sunset. Probably not suitable for elderly as has stairs.

A lifesaver

Riding the west coast from Corinna to Arthur River on one of the hottest days of the year was tough. Katrina from Sunset Villas had gone out of her way to help us with some very needed provisions left in the fridge. Great service. Fabulous location. Really comfy beds. Clean and well appointed villa with a great view and a washing machine to remove the dust and grime from our cycle kit. Absolutely perfect. In fact outstanding.

Good stay-Big place

We had a good stay for one night despite buckets of rain. Walking distance to the Edge of the World. Would recommend. Spacious, with kitchen washer and very clean. Stephen very nice - came all the way to fix the hot water. Happy with it.

Superb accommodation

Property was superb! Spotlessly clean, well equipped & owner was polite and efficient. Location was A1 and couldn't fault the comfort of the bed and quality of amenities. Views of beach and surrounds were beautiful and close lots of lovely walks close by.
Highly recommend!
