Canton must do

Waljable to town on path .staff great setting lovely very clean.club courtesy bus and chinese food that's great.do yourself a favour we had not heard of this town and ventured there so glad we did.it was rainy on our visit we were attempting to keep in front of the rain.inland was flooding so we took rainy coast back to vic.dog friendly that's a plus.it would be better in fine weather.canton park powered site was a lovely surprise.

A perfect place to stay, with beautiful natural surroundings

This park was just gorgeous, located on the banks of Tuggerah Lake and surrounded by lush gardens. Only a short walk from our en-suite campsite we found ourselves surrounded by rainforest.
The park and ammenities were very clean and our en-suite came complete with complimentary toiletries.
With this as our home base, we visited the Norah Head lighthouse and headed through The Entrance to visit Bouddi National Park and the Australian Reptile Zoo (about a 50 min drive) both are worth a visit.
We highly recommended a visit and hope to visit again someday.
It was very quiet during our off peak winter stay but I suspect it would get quite busy in summer!

Run down

The location is good but lacks facilities/amenities. Being Council owned it’s been allowed to run down. The only attraction for children is a jumping pillow. Whilst the sites are level, the mats if provided are ripped and torn. The others have dirt or bits of grass.
Close to shops and a club but that about it.

AWESOME

awesome caravan park and amenities I stayed in a basic cabin it was brand new!
Right on the lake all cabins have water views all cabins are near the bbq area and kids play ground.
The park is animal friendly
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
One of the best parks I have been to.
I will be back
