Clean refurbished room. Thin walls and we had noisy neighbours. Noise from dining room also. It is a pub.

The hotel room itself was good. Clean, spacious, comfortable.
The restaurant food was pretty good but the service was atrocious. The kids play area was good, but had a lot of the arcade-style games.

Was a bit unsure of staying in a pub, But,
Large room, huge tv, roomy bathroom, good feed at the pub downstairs, continental breakfast was pretty good as well, only complaint is that early cleaning staff and tradies were very loud outside my room .

Nice hotel

Check in was easy and plenty of free parking. Lovely rooms lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. BUT noisy, foul mouthed guests next door until 2am. Asked reception to please qieten them but nothing happened. If you want a good sleep this is not for you.

We are sincerely sorry that another house guest disturbed your stay. We certainly do not encourage rowdy behaviour from any of our house guests. If you recall who you spoke to regarding this we would love to know. We don't have reception manned after 6pm but the bar staff are on until 10pm but we have no notes regarding a complaint about noise. It would be helpful for us to investigate who the guest was in question.
