The only issue was shower over bath, became very slippy and had to be extra careful not to fall.

The Question at the Gabba was a great base for our weekend in Brisbane to watch the footy. Plenty of great places to eat and so close to the oval. Apartments were very well set up and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Working like i was on holiday

Was working on Omahurangi bypass bridge bed was like a cloud room facilities A1 and clean washer dryer made for a nice extra it was like being at home

Overpriced…

Overpriced for what you’re getting, not to mention the price-gauging for parking. I would’ve also expected housekeeping at least once during my stay, not a sudden note on the door saying the housekeepers aren’t working Sunday or Monday. Not one word of this was mentioned when I checked in on Friday night. When I asked the agent about this when I checked out this morning, the response I got was unprofessional and standoffish at best “I don’t work weekends so I’m not sure what happened…”. Also the laundry facilities don’t look like they’re kept clean or monitored and there were no instructions on how to use the machines with guests laundry piled everywhere. Location wise, it’s ok with the city centre about 4km away but the nearest train station is about 10mins away on foot, but the Red Glider Bus Route stops right out the front. All up though, I expected a lot more for my $230 per night (inc. parking)… the room was comfortable enough and well-appointed - looking at their competitors (Meriton) an in room washing machine would’ve been a nice touch and better sound proofing.

While signage and instructions are displayed in our laundry area, I am sorry if they were not clear or easily visible during your stay. I would also like to clarify that housekeeping services are not provided on Sundays; however, we should have communicated this more clearly at check-in.
