Disgusting

Was welcomed with a rude arrogant man that was aggressive over my booking through wotif.
The room was filthy, it smelt kitchen/bathroom was dirty didnt even want to use the facilities.

PUBIC HAIRS IN SHOWER

Checked in for a two night stay, room smelled clean however found multiple pubic hairs in the shower, around the toilet area and vanity. Was my room even cleaned after the previous stay? Settled in for an afternoon nap on what are the most paper thin pillows and a bed bug found crawling at the top of the bed.
I understand it’s an old run down typical motel but these small things could have been better. The elderly gentleman at check in seemed nice and helpful, however I won’t be back when up on the coast working. Plenty of other options!

Never again!

Oh it was bad. The room smelt like damp carpet. The fridge kept making noises and it disturbed my sleep. We were 10 mins late to check out and the Manager was knocking on our door - the cheek!

Don’t stay here

This is the worst place we have ever stayed.
We booked there as we were travelling with a dog and our room wasn’t up to animal boarding kennel cleanliness let alone motel standard.Arriving late and limited pet friendly accommodation in the area we needed to stay.
-mould in shower and kitchen
-stink originating from broken waste water drain in kitchen
-broken and unlock-able security door
-microwave putrid
-all kitchen utensils required washing prior to use
-window coverings damaged

This motel has definitely slipped backwards

I have given a review on this motel before saying how good it was, but unfortunately my last stay I can not say this again, the smell was overpowering on opening the door I tried to keep the door open but at night had to close and found it hard to sleep with the smell,the carpet is filthy and needs a good shampoo, the toilet needed a proper clean.
The bed was comfortable
