Amazing location to Stay

Absolutely amazing place, staff are very friendly, always willing to assist. Luci was amazing when we checked in. We have been coming here for years, our getaway from perth. Location is perfect, close to Busselton and Margaret River. Be back for sure. xxx

Dirty BASIC site

Very BASIC site with dirty facilities. Regardless what time I went to the toilet/shower blocks they were dirty. Honestly don't think they were cleaned in the 7 days I was there. Stains on toilets still there when I left, floors filthy. This site is expensive and has nothing to show for it other than the location. It is simply taking your money because it can.

Good location for families. Everybody leaves their bicycles and shoes outside the cabin, kids running around on the paths or giving away to cars on the road.
Beware the two ring gas stove burner top is hot! There's no option to select one of two. It was nice that the knives were sharp and the wooden chopping board is custom to fit over the sink.
Place could do with more wall hooks for bonus storage and sofa cushion covers in the meal area need to be washed or replaced.

Unexpectedly written off $1,700 credit

We stayed here regularly during a period of housing instability and paid in advance to secure accommodation. At the time, we were told we would be able to use the amount we had prepaid as a credit, as a goodwill arrangement due to the significant amount we had paid upfront.
We have now tried to use that credit, only to be told it has been “written off” ($1,700), despite there being a note on file confirming it as a credit on our guest account. We were not contacted at any point to advise that this credit was expiring or being cancelled.
The business is now stating the original booking was “non-refundable” and that the credit was goodwill, however this is inconsistent with what was previously communicated and recorded.
This is very poor and questionable practice, particularly given the amount involved and the lack of any communication before removing the credit.
It has been very disappointing to deal with an arrangement involving a large sum of money that appears to have been cancelled without proper notice or transparency.

Breathtaking location. Central to all key destinations in the South West. Great cabins. Highly recommended

Stayed in the new studio cabins for 5 days/ 4 nights. They were clean, modern and had everything you would need for a short stay. Few minor issues with the cabin (no towels on arrival, which was quickly resolved) and the lack of a blind over the kitchen window.
The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and are available at the reception during the day and have a out of hours service if urgent.
The location was great. Located is a small town on the coast with breathtaking views. I found Yallingup central and it was a 30 minute drive to Busselton and Margaret River. There is a lovely general store/ cafe/ bakery walking distance which were great. It's a nice quiet, respectful atmosphere on the site.
The site is also dog friendly and even allows dogs in the cabins, which was out main reason for choosing the location.
I would highly recommend and we are already planning a return trip later in the year with friends.
