amazing family holiday

amazing views from the apartment, sitting on the balcony overlooking the mountains was just fab.
The apartment was very well stocked, two ensuites, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher.
having the alpbach card incuded for the gondalas was brilliant. the adventure park at the top of the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau gonadala was so good, the kids loved it. the swimming in the lake in reith alpbachtal is deffiently worth the visit and free entry with the card. there is so much to do in the local area, we hired e bikes from the village which was great, lots of great cycle routes on the door step.

Self-catering apartments up the hill

I have stayed here twice and as long as you have your own transport this place is ideally situated up the hill behind Alpbach village. Owners are friendly but only speak German, so brush up before hand. The two room self-catering apartment contains a spacious kitchen dining area with fridge/freezer, dishwasher (with tablets), cutlery and crockery, cooker with hob and a microwave. There's a twin bed main room with single duvets (the owners are catholics...) and a double bed children's room, which will fit an adult. As per the name, you're looking at the mountain and valley directly from the balcony. The walk back from the pub can be a bit challenging but there's a footpath. It sufficiently far from the church that the endless ding-donging (every 15 minutes from 06:00) is just pleasant mountain background noises. You get towels and toilet roll in the bathroom but no soap, so make sure you bring some.

Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung im dritten Stock.
Es war sauber.
Allerdings mit zwei kleinen Kindern nicht so geeignet da man keine Rollläden hat und es ab 5:00 Uhr im Sommer hell ist und somit unsre Kinder dann wach waren.
Matratzen des einen Doppelbettes ok, Beim zweiten ein absoluter Rückenmörder...
In der Wohnung befanden sich zwei kleine Badezimmer mit Dusche.... die meiner Meinung nach dringend renoviert werden müssen. Keine Mischbatterie am Waschbecken.
Keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit in der Duschkabine für Shampoo Duschgel etc.und die Duschkabine sowie Duschbrause uralt.
Küche soweit ok.
Ferienwohnung wurde in der Beschreibung als modern angegeben. Dies ist mehr als übertrieben.
Bin erstaunt über die guten Bewertungen...
Wir waren nicht so begeistert.

Уютный, семейный отель

Деревушка Альпбах находится в отдалении от крупных городов и в получасе езды от железнодорожной станции, а этот гестхаус - в отдалении от центра деревушки (хотя она такая маленькая, что по сути все рядом), на горе. Множество троп для пеших прогулок проходят прямо рядом с этим домиком, до подъемника минут 10, до супермаркета тоже 10 (с горы):). Милейшая семья хозяев, все чистенько и аккуратно. П.с. Обратите внимание - они не принимают карты к оплате

sehr schöne Woche im Alpbachblick

Wir hatten das kleine Appartement für eine Woche gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für die Region sehr gut. Die Inhaberfamilie war sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen netten Ideen und guten Informationen versorgt. Gerne schauen wir zukünftig wieder vorbei.
