Nice for a short getaway

We stayed here for a short off-season relaxation break.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. If there is anything you require, they will try to accommodate you.
There is a heated pool with a water temperature of 29°C and several different saunas.
The room we had was modern and spacious, but during the summer it would probably be too hot, since it faced west and did not have air conditioning.
The food was interesting, but the chef made most of the dishes quite sweet. What positively surprised us was that we were offered dishes that were not on the menu, since we are not used to sweet main courses.
The wine list offered a nice and affordable selection to accompany the food.
In conclusion, it was a nice vacation worth repeating.

Great experience, perfect skiing/wellness holiday!

An excellent hotel, perfect for a skiing/wellness holiday. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. Generous wellness center and included in the price, gym program and daily yoga. Showers available at every point of the spa/pools. Buffet and à la carte food, a meat/fish/vegetarian option every night (not great vegetarian dishes), snacks with soup and desserts between 3pm and 5pm, great after skiing. Ski room with heating boots. Very quiet and peaceful, we found a predominantly adult clientele, which was fine for us and our teenage boys. Ski bus stop a few meters away that leads to the departure of the Schlossalm cable car, one of the entry points to the Ski Amadè area. Fabulous slopes for all levels. The only small drawback - the water from the thermal pools would be perfect a little warmer. Apart from that, everything perfect: generous and quality hospitality. We'll be back!

simply stunning

just returned from a week holiday staying at the impuls and all i can say is it was fantastic,beautiful room (411) amazing view,excellent food wonderful staff,i will definatley be returning next year,bad hofgastein just went to the top of my places to ski in austria.

Great hotel experience

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Great experience and customer service throughout, prior to arrival I made some room requests which Christina promptly answered my queries and met my needs. On arrival friendly staff. The hotel was pleasant, always actively being cleaned, which was good to see. Meal times, the service and food was exceptional, in particular Daniela was superb. Helpful advice from all the staff, especially Sebastian at the bar. Spa/pool area were fantastic. I would definitely visit again. Thank you for the lovely holiday experience.

Family ski holiday

We had an amazing time during our stay. Lovely food, staff, bar area, renovated rooms.
Spa and sauna were fabulous. Enjoyed a massage there. Prices very reasonable and good quality wine.
Only one comment - we asked several times for the buffet to be labelled with items due to our son having a nut allergy. This was not ever offered.
All al carte items are listed on the daily menu - but not for breakfast or afternoon snack. A small criticism for the chef and kitchen staff
Never the less waiting staff were amazing - I am sorry I don’t know his name - Slovakian chap behind the bar - he went out his way to get my son ice cream when we were worried all the cakes had nuts.
It was my birthday during our stay and staff surprised me with a cake!
We will return next year!
