Bludenz forever in my heart
We spent only 1 night in Bludenz while travelling through Europe. I remember it to be so quaint and pretty. It was in November and the children were carrying lanterns to light their way. Nestled in a valley in the mountains, it was heaven on earth.

Unfortunately inadequate service
The Hotel der Löwen is about 7 minutes walk from the Bhf., city center incl. supermarket, cinema etc. very easily accessible
Prior communication regarding div. Asking worked very well, could already get to the room on arrival (before check in), there was a reception, which was always orphaned, for hotel matters you had to contact the restaurant staff, who more or less knew.
At first glance everything seemed to be okay with the room, especially it seemed clean, but later I saw many remains of brush hair on the floor (?), also there were several small speedy cockroaches, but they were probably outside the window because of the wine.
The ceiling lamp in the room was missing a light bulb.
The bed was comfortable to sleep in, room was thank God not out on the street and therefore quiet, below were only containers where occasionally loud glass was thrown in.
Bathroom: the soap dispenser by the sink was unfortunately completely empty, there was a reserve in the room, which I installed with difficulty and distress myself, because above was a glass plate. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was broken, but the dispenser was on the floor but could not be used due to lack of pressure. Shower itself was a bit moldy.
The most interesting thing was a QR code in the room, which still referred to Das Tschofen with some details, which no longer existed as a partner hotel (it also said here when the reception was occupied). It was also pointed out here that you can cancel the room cleaning and after two cancellations you would get a free drink.
Funfact, which was not funny at all, with me during a stay of 4 days on 2 days the room was NOT made, without cancellation. I announced it at the restaurant, they said it would be hosted. At the 2. Day I was more upset, it was said that both the operator and the boss would be notified. On 3. Day it was time, room was made, only instead of a shower towel I got a small towel. I also mentioned the free drink, obviously they didn't know about it in the restaurant and they didn't offer me any compensation.
Breakfast was served according to choice (cheese, sausage or sausage/cheese, eggs in div. variants were also possible). Here I found the topping on the board a lot, as I assume that the non-eaten is thrown away. I then always asked for little, but this was not met and I found the food waste (from which I assumed) a pity.

No contact person
Room without information on the 3rd floor without lift- no contact person in the house. Was there with my 81-year-old disabled Mitter and could not have another room , as only the waitress from the restaurant was on site! Breakfast is offered but not in the house- you miss going downtown to a hotel?! You can go straight to a coffee house! Check in from 5pm.

Actually everything is fine ... actually except for little things that would be easy to eliminate:
Room is good. Bathroom actually too.
But there are the following details that could be easily eliminated:
- Toilet smelled on arrival
- dowels for fixing the toilet brush to the wall were still in the toilet brush container
- Shower did not drain
- Silicone joints mouldy
The fact that you have to walk for breakfast for 5 minutes is actually also disadvantageous - but did not bother us.
Room is good. Bathroom actually too.
But there are the following details that could be easily eliminated:

Disappointing
We were happy, but unfortunately the start already started that our room was only ready for one person.
Were it report,after 10minutes something happened.
Room was OK but heating was broken, as hotel was not occupied you could not report it.
In the bathroom on the floor a tile broke,great risk of accident
But the worst part was when we opened the window.
The flower box filled with beer bottles, beer cans and countless cigarette butts
There were still socks of rum on the "terrace".
Colleagues had a problem....you couldn't help....because the lady had a break until 5pm. Were just left alone
