Nice stay in couple
Quiet area, good ambiance, underground garage for the car.
Room was big enough, nice mountains view, big bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Breakfast was well sorted and available until 11h. Afternoon meals included from 14h-16h and a delicious 5 course diner in the evening.
SPA was big, quiet and massages are good although prices on the higher-end in comparison with other places.
Top: in spring and summer the card to use the bus and cablecars for free.
Room for improvement would be an indoor whirlpool for cold days

Nice hotel, would go so again!
Nice hotel, luxury! Rooms are recently renovated, nice and spacious with large walk-in closet so you can get rid of your belongings. I didn't think the rooms were noisy.
Breakfast is very good. The included ‘afternoon snack’ (jauze) is well arranged and a surprising plus.
Location is good, easy by bus to the elevator just a few minutes. Staff help well with walking routes.
There are 3 restaurants, but make a reservation otherwise the price at walk-in is more expensive.
Beautiful heated outdoor pool that is open nice and early at 7:00. Wellness also nice, a pity that it is limited open (from 14:00-20:00). We had a real rainy day in between and then a little earlier the sauna would have been nice.
As a final tip for the hotel; place coffee/tea facilities in the hotel room. That makes it even more so.

Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category.

Not a five star resort anymore. Renovation needed in the rooms etc. Carpets worn out, dirty marks on the walls etc etc
