A fantastically relaxed sports and wellness hotel in the Bregenzerwald – perfect for active recreation.
We were looking for a sports and wellness hotel that can be reached in less than three hours driving time and above all allows the taking of our mixed breed dog Frieda. This is how we came across the Vitalhotel Quellengarten in Lingenau.
Arrival and check-in:
We were already expected by the friendly lady at the reception. That our dog Frieda was greeted first and spoiled with treats, we laughingly noted. From us there was an extra point and the good feeling that we made the right choice.
Our room:
Large, bright and friendly with beautiful views. The bathroom was also spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower. There were already two bowls ready for Frieda and there was also plenty of storage space for our clothes and things we brought. A fridge we had previously asked for and a safe were also available. The beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom as well as the hotel overall were very clean.
Wellness and fitness:
The swimming pool is large enough with a 25-meter track to swim sportily. The small gym is neatly equipped and offers enough equipment for both cardio and strength training. The sauna area offers everything the saunagoer's heart desires. All in all, the entire equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
Breakfast:
The breakfast buffet really leaves nothing to be desired. Even for vegetarians and vegans, a very good selection is available. The buffet is also served with great attention to detail, so every breakfast in this beautiful dining room was a delightful start to the day for us.
Personnel:
All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and absolutely customer-oriented. You could tell with every contact that the ladies care about the well-being of the guests.
Conclusion:
We had a wonderful week full of relaxation and recreation at Vitalhotel Quellengarten and will surely be guests in this beautiful house even more often.

We stayed a few days to relax with 3 generations here. The seniors got an age-appropriate room, the middle generation enjoyed the sauna landscape and the boys enjoyed the huge indoor and outdoor pool and all together in the morning we enjoyed the generous and delicious breakfast with many goodies from the region. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were all quiet and clean.
We had a very nice stay.

Unfortunately too short, highly recommended!
We only stayed one night, but it all fit: Nice room, great beds, great breakfast, and to relax a nice pool area. The receptionist Beate is top, very warm, at the same time professional and all her tips on eating, hiking and more were just perfect! Thank you again!

Nowadays you have to expect everything, even the good things!
Why stay overnight in Bezau when you can stay in Lingau? I am extremely happy and more than pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon the Quellenhof more or less by chance. It was already quite charming from the outside, but I was more than amazed by the spacious fitness studio and the large pool, which is actually an indoor pool. The equally spacious and lovingly furnished breakfast room with delicacies from the region is, in the truest sense of the word, more tasteful than in many 4-star hotels and/or higher. I had a very quiet, beautiful room with a balcony including a view that let my soul unwind and offered me a restful sleep. All in all, one more reason to consult the Quellenhof again, or to recommend it to business friends who often do business in the region. Great service, huge pool, great breakfast buffet
The lady at the reception is very friendly and scores points with her courteous service! The rooms are very clean, fresh fruit is available free of charge, bathrobes and bath towels are also free in the room and are changed daily. The 25m pool invites you to swim and relax. The sauna area also has a lot to offer. At the breakfast buffet you will find all kinds of savoury and sweet things, everything comes directly from the town or the neighbouring communities. If you want to eat lunch or dinner, the receptionist will be friendly and well advised on which restaurant nearby suits your needs, and she will also make reservations there straight away. I can recommend the Vitalhotel Quellengarten with a clear conscience!
