Nice and stylish hotel
We were actually booked in for 2 nights, but wanted to extend relatively quickly for another night. In my opinion one of the best and friendliest hotel in so ever. I don't actually write recessions, but in that case I had to. The food was grade 1 without exception, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The room was huge and with a large balcony. Everything very clean and well maintained. The connection to public transport is great, a bus station just opposite.

Overbooked hotel !!!! No room
Overbooked hotel!
I had booked this hotel for a week skiing holiday with my son, just like the year before, because it was so well liked.
Now I was faced with the great disappointment on arrival that the hotel was overbooked.
An alternative was provided but was not what I had booked.
The only positive thing about this hotel this holiday is that I had to eat there in the evening because of half board ... and my other hotel did not have half board.
The staff, including a super sweet employee from Hungary, whose name I don't know, Laki and his wife Fotini have provided fine and cozy and good food. I am very grateful for that.
Furthermore, I have no words for how big the disappointment and anger was at the message after a booking of more than half a year old not being able to go!!! And I wasn't the only one.....

Very nice and relaxed stay
Whole place very appealing and nice. The staff was really friendly throughout, the food tasty, spa very nicely designed to feel good, rooms modern and well maintained, nicely decorated and with great views of the mountains! We were totally satisfied and would come back anytime

Mice in the restaurant!!!
This hotel really doesn't deserve a single star. For the price an absolute outrage!
On arrival you had to fight for one of the few parking spaces. Reception at reception then actually quite nice.
Hotel looks beautiful and modern at first glance, but you don't need to look more closely.
Our balcony went out to the road, which was extremely busy. The hotel can't do much for, but the windows and patio door are just so windy that you can overhear any conversation from the town center with the window closed.
Spa area small but quite nice. Drinking is offered, but cups were actually always no longer there and the steam sauna was apparently not repaired even after 2 months (Other review). On the phone I was told 1 day before there were bathrobes and slippers on site, which is why I had not packed this. Well, lt. Employee was unfortunately just about everything in the cleaners.
The actual 0 star came at dinner though. A lovelessly arranged buffet. There were 2 different skin dishes with different side dishes. Everything was absolutely inedible! Which I also told the waitress. When we still wanted to drink, a mouse ran around happily under the tables in the middle of the restaurant about 1m next to us.
We're at the front desk, complaining.
Then it was appeased "it would have tasted all today" and mice are now and then in restaurants etc because they air. When I said we won't have breakfast there or anything else, I was seriously asked if we wanted to leave the hotel immediately (it was 9pm).
Fully 33€ per person were finally waived. So still almost 500€ for 2 nights left in the crappiest hotel of my life. An absolute cheekiness of the store!
During the stay, we met some holidaymakers who told us that they had stayed in this hotel once and would never set foot there again. So we were not an isolated incident, as the employees wanted us to know. Quite the contrary, even employees in the village have confirmed our assessment of this hotel!
