Nice vacation in Bergblick with the SUPER. SUMMER. CARD.

Very nice hotel with almost everything one needs for a successful stay. A fitness room would be a nice addition, especially in bad weather; the space for it seems to be available.
The wellness area is very beautifully designed. The water in the outdoor pool was pleasantly warm at 32 degrees, but we found it a bit chilly in the rain.
The food was good, and the entire staff was always nice, attentive, and friendly. The gondolas are reachable in about 10 minutes on foot. Another plus point is the free parking in the underground garage of the cultural center.
Thank you very much for the wonderful time, we really enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing vacation, great hotel

Beautifully located hotel (great view of the mountains).
The room was in decent condition, nice bathroom.
After an exhausting day of hiking, you would come into the room, and the bed decoration, newly arranged every day with a lot of love, put a smile on your face.
The food was magical. The kitchen team reinterpreted many dishes. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.
The staff was friendly and all questions were answered helpfully at the reception.
I would love to come back.

Very nice hotel with great food and wellness.

We were at the Hotel Bergblick in Fiss for a week and would come back anytime. The hotel is located on the edge of town, about 10 minutes from the mountain railway and the beautiful Wolfsee. There are nearly 10 parking spaces for check-in and check-out directly at the hotel and many free parking spaces in the Kulturhaus underground garage 150 m away. We thought that was great! With the Kinder Berta Express, you can take the shuttle from the Kulturhaus to the mountain railway at 9:30 in the morning.
From beginning to end, all staff members and especially the host family were very friendly and accommodating! We felt comfortable the entire time!
The restaurant and the bar are very nicely designed, and our request for a quiet table on the edge was honored; thank you very much for that! Breakfast and dinner offered everything one could wish for, and it was very delicious and varied every single day! Big praise to the kitchen! Only the afternoon snack was somewhat improvable, or monotonous, with always the same cake, fruit salad, and three salad bowls, but it was okay. Requests regarding children's meals were accommodated at all times. From the restaurant, a staircase leads down to the playroom, so the children could play there during the meal.
We had a comfort room with a double bed and bunk bed for us and our two children. It was very clean, had a large balcony, and one could even choose different pillows from the pillow menu.
The wellness and pool areas are very beautifully and tastefully designed. The heated pool and the various saunas and the steam room invite you to relax. The massages we booked were also very good and performed by an experienced massage therapist.
We were very satisfied and can recommend the hotel without hesitation!

Fantastic!

For us a direct hit, what a lovely hotel, beautiful entrance, very sweet people involved, warm welcome, fantastic rooms, clean, beautiful pool, lovely sunbeds, very extensive breakfast buffet, dinner was a culinary delight. And so we can go on and on. On my birthday our breakfast table was decorated and I was congratulated by everyone, without us asking or reporting anything ourselves, well, then you get the idea! Thanks for everything!
