A small family hotel, nicely located, warm owner couple.

You immediately feel comfortable with Hanna and Samuel. The hotel is quiet with views of mountains. The restaurant has a nice ambience, the food was varied and we tasted delicious. The heart of the hotel is Hanna, you feel welcome right away.

Comfortable, cozy and great dinner/breakfast

Great stop on the way to a week skiing. The owners are super friendly and take good care of you. Especially at dinner, was great! The beds are comfortable, shower hot and everything is clean and OK. we love to stay here!

cozy and comfortable

we stayed 2 nights before our full week and were really happy with the room, breakfast and dinner. The family room had bunk beds and 1 bed for the adults. It was fun being together as a family and there was enough space. The kids loved it. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety. The dinners were great. Service was really good and the quality of the food and quantity were perfect for families. Would go back! Its about a 20 min drive to the ski area.

Happy new year!!!

Really very special and characteristic place. We spent the last year in the hotel. We had a great meal and we had a wonderful evening. The chef is very good, a lot of care in the dishes and also the quality is excellent. The cleaning of the premises is at the top, super clean. The excellent breakfast. The places nearby are beautiful. I recommend it to everybody. We spent three days divinely. Top!!!!

Friendly, clean, nice view

My 2 daughters and me stayed four days for skiing in Serfaus at the hotel. We found an always friendly host and a clean and spacious room. For breakfast you have a big buffet, for diner there's is one meal, you can choose soups and salad and get a dessert. For skiing gear you have a separate room. Be aware the hotel is placed high above The Valley with lots of curves, but that leads to a perfect view.
1 point is missing as there's free wifi only around lobby and restaurant and not in the rooms.
Highly recommend for further stays around Serfaus Fiss ladis.
