Very welcoming

Been here for a weekend snowboarding. The welcome was very friendly. A delicious breakfast. It was my wife's birthday and the hotel had made a nice party of it. Would actually go with 2 people but a daughter also wanted to come. That was no problem there was a 3rd bed added to the room.

Poor experience I’m afraid

Poor hotel, 3 star at best. Parking issues and no water in the fridge! Breakfast was very basic and coffee was the worst I’ve tasted this year. No air conditioning so hot in bed and slept poorly.
Just needs a bit more to make it a welcoming hotel as nice spot near a river.

Best Garni Hotel in Gerlos…!!

We, 3 families with 6 children and 6 people, spent a week at Hotel Alpenherz.
Nice and close to the Dorfbahn (lift).
A very friendly owner with the same staff. Great breakfast and everything was very neat and clean. No hot food, but there are many delicious restaurants in Gerlos.
Really enjoyed it and recommended for families who pay attention to the price and do not want half board.
We were there from February 17 to 24, 2024.
