A beautiful stay for the whole family
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The play area is great - Junior was there every free minute and immediately found friends to play with. ☺️
Room with balcony and AC was very large and cozy.
1 star deduction because I expected more from the breakfast buffet. I have already been to several JUFA hotels and there was always a very large selection. Here there was only 1 jam, the pastries were so-so, sausage, cheese and vegetables were there. ....but we were on vacation and not there "just" for breakfast.
All in all a beautiful stay.

Quiet, friendly staff, clean!
Quiet hotel south of Gnas, sufficient parking, very friendly staff (also provides excursion tips), clean rooms with balconies, indoor pool, large indoor playground, large play area, very good breakfast, during low occupancy "budget version," I don't know why, because putting out cheese and cake is not extra work in my opinion! Otherwise everything is great!

Surprises included
Relaxed atmosphere and incredible opportunities for children and families.
The JUFA itself surprised us a bit in some small things: a lot of dirt under the bed, silicone on the shower wall very gambly, at breakfast no gripper on the cakes, in the basket of the spoons a lot of crumbs (looked like cocoa, but which was placed on another table). On request when booking if you can book dinner on site, it was yes. On site on Friday it was said that there is no classic dinner at all (are great buffets used by other JUFAs), but we were offered the usual snacks.
On Saturday we needed a doctor for our son, because they said that there is one in the distant place, directly in Gnas not. When we drove to the pharmacy on our own, we learned that the doctor is there in the house behind from 9am to 12pm - right in Gnas, everything done in 15 minutes.
All in all, the details did not cloud our weekend, but we are more used to the other JUFAs.

Perfect.
Perfect for a family with school children. Indoor play area, swimming pool, sauna and gym. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly. Rooms could be a little cleaner, but that's just a tiny minus point for us.

Never again!
The most important point: the rooms are dirty. The reception and also the check out went very unkindly.
In the large play area, several children's birthday parties were celebrated during our stay and it was always very uncontrolled. The children threw everything around and banged it around, including pushing others, and nobody cared. For my money I expect that the area is only for hotel guests and may not celebrate the whole local group birthday.
Overall, it felt more like a mass check-in and a relaxing holiday did not happen. Never again!!!
