This wonderful hotel, along with the owner family and their team, provides a great experience in every way.

Our 5-day stay at this very special place was fantastic. Starting from the friendly, personal reception, the wonderful room or suite, the breathtaking view, the excellent food, all sourced from regional and local producers, to the wonderful service and all the attentive, always helpful and friendly staff. Anyone who comes here experiences something that is hardly found anymore. This country house Koller radiates great tranquility and calm, one lives in historically significant 'walls', gently renovated, lovingly preserved, and situated in the midst of a large park with a uniquely beautiful view of the western Dachstein. We can only sincerely thank the Koller family for allowing us to be their guests. They are wonderful people, and you can feel that they live everything with passion, commitment, and enthusiasm. The same applies to the employees.

Not a Family-Friendly Hotel

Cons
- Rooms felt more like a 3-star than a 4-star hotel (furniture is dated)
- Poor sound insulation: noise from the room above first thing and again until 10–11 pm
- Breakfast and dinner terrace felt cramped and very quiet.
- Our 5-year-old cried during dinner and we were asked to leave as we were disturbing other guests. We were also told this is not a family hotel.
- No insect screens on the windows
- No children's menu

- Beautiful hotel grounds with lots of greenery
- Large, refreshing pool on a hot day
- Swings and sandbox for children
- Stunning mountain views from the terrace
- Excellent breakfasts with fresh fruit and vegetables
- Complimentary coffee and cakes every afternoon

The country house from the imperial era

We were greeted warmly by the hosts and felt very well looked after in the country house.
Brief summary: Great hosts, friendly and very helpful staff and excellent food; even the great breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.
We will definitely come back to you!

Recreationally received and looked after by the Koller family- we will be back.

We often come to Landhaus Koller Privat as well as for work.
We appreciate the quaint ambience of this house.
Unique at the highest level the cuisine and the offer of high-quality fine wines.
Simply recommended.

Feel good

Arrive, feel good and no longer want to drive home. There is no better food far and wide. The house and the hosts radiate positive energy, no hassle even if all rooms are occupied. We always like to come back.
