Good for an overnight stay

The Hotel Edelweiß (in Götzens) is located high above Innsbruck, but ideal for a concert visit in the Olympiahalle.
The reception was a bit bumpy and apparently our 2 rooms weren’t ready yet and we couldn’t leave our luggage anywhere ‍♀️
There's a lift. Our rooms were - well - not in the best condition. From the hallway everything was great - doors all new - but in the room everything had come to you very old. In the bathroom there were only 2 small soaps and no shampoo/shower room - we haven't experienced it in a long time.
Breakfast was very good in the nicely designed dining room and there was something of everything there. Unfortunately only coffee from the pump pot & no fully automatic machine.

To avoid

Average hotel , full of groups who travel by bus .. the rooms are outdated ... mediocre restaurant .. our room was on the ground floor ... close to the parking... so delivery of trucks from 4am!!!
Avoid! The value for money is not there!!!!!!

Hotel to avoid

Old structure, many rooms and at least our old one made in the semi basement, near the ironing / laundry room and the pool / spa with annoying noises and smell of chlorine. 70s TV, WiFi nonexistent, power outlets not working. For the price paid, more than 100€, absolutely inadequate.
The only positive thing, the room was clean. Anyway, for that price, look for something else.

poor organisation and lack of consideration for passengers with mobility difficulties

We are a Map group that arrived on 10/18/25 night at the hotel. They did not consider the number of passengers and sent part of the group to another hotel that was 4 blocks away. The place was dark, no one was at the reception. There was no elevator to take the luggage. There was no one available from the hotel to upload them. After such a journey! When we wanted to go to dinner at the hotel, the person at the bar serving drinks told me that he had already closed the kitchen for 5 minutes! So with my partner we had to go alone to dinner at a restaurant 5 blocks away! Very impolite. I do not recommend it at all!
