The facility was great and in a very good location. High quality bathroom fittings and nice bedroom set up. Really felt comfortable and safe. Would highly recommend. Price, a little high, but that is Graz.

Confortable in the center

It is very close to the center, but it is calm. It was easy to find it. The room is very big. I would like to have a mini refrigerator, and more forniture. In the restroom a schelf. I would have decription how to use the shutter.

1 star – absolutely not recommended in the summer

⭐ 1 star – absolutely not recommended in the summer!
Horrible and a massive disappointment for us.
We booked an apartment for a weekend in Graz – among other things because of the advertised air conditioning. In summer temperatures, that should actually be a matter of course.
On site: Air conditioning out of order. As an explanation, we were given a "technical defect" and assured that they were working hard on it. However, we did not see any evidence of that during our entire stay.
Particularly questionable: In our perception, the air conditioning units in the entire building were not in operation. Since the units are installed separately in the individual apartments, it is difficult to understand this situation as a single technical defect.
Unfortunately, this gives us the impression that there was no open communication here. If air conditioning is advertised as an amenity, it should work, especially in midsummer – or one should honestly point out before booking that it is not available.
Price paid, service not received, and received a less than convincing explanation for it.
We would definitely not book here again and can only recommend explicitly asking before booking whether the air conditioning actually works.

Fantastisch stay

Great place and great value for money. Only downside is they couldnt provide us with an iron and an iron board
