Nice hotel in a nice location
The negative is the check out at 10:00. And self check in. Too bad everything's lost.
Our great regret is that we couldn't go to the pool. The ski bus stops in front of the hotel and the center is a few steps away. The bonus: at pt morning we saw the deer from the window of our room

No service/promised was not fulfilled.
To have a room available for check-in only at 4 PM (common worldwide at 3 PM) and then having to check out at exactly 10 AM (normally more common at 11 AM) is a bit unusual. Then the nice reception – not just us, but everyone (really everyone) had their problems with the key boxes. In our key box, there was not even a key inside, but a paperclip, and now ???? Thus began the guessing game. We searched the entire building for our room. And lo and behold, the room had a digital input panel ????
So we tried, and lo and behold, open sesame. (At the same time, we also realized that due to the code composition of floor number and room number, anyone could have opened our room (which does not exactly convey a great sense of security). Those from our group who could open their room with a key always had to coordinate where to leave the key when they were in different places. Otherwise, the other could not get in. 1 key for a double room !!!!!!
Room service did not take place from Friday to Saturday even though the door hanger was outside.
The pool area was closed. The terrace was not accessible (door locked supposedly due to rotten boards that did not look rotten).
It seemed that one could not access the sunbathing area either (besides, there were no loungers there at all).
The promised à la carte restaurant was also not available (even though it was previously inquired about at Key One, and it still seemed to be in the folders in the room).
After our group, which consisted of 16 people, gifted the stay to 2 people for a milestone birthday, it was very, very frustrating that the promised services were not fulfilled. Offering services that cannot be accessed is fraud and a provocation for the price one pays.

A very bed experience !
The pool area in the middle of winter, unheated, you came from skiing and the water in the pool was cold, the spa area was filthy.
I paid for a room with half board, and in the evening they said they didn't serve dinner!!! There were many families in this situation. I talked to the booking people, because of the hotel's irresponsibility and the theft of the customer, and they are still available on booking!
A very bad experience in this Tyrol! That's probably why it's so cheap!
I do not recommend this hotel for any reason!
The top is still Sudtyrol, where people make the difference!!!

Impersonal online hotel with pros and cons, everyone has to decide for themselves what is important to them
The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the surroundings of the Großglockner.
We always found a parking space outside the door (the hotel was almost empty though). Unbeatable price for a wellness hotel (but for a reason).
Cons: Short-term booking difficult as the sending of the room code after booking takes some time (had to call 2x). The hotel was sold to the online provider Keyone. The original owners are only responsible for the restaurant. You are willing to provide a bit of help (e.g. how do you actually get your key after the 100 not entirely clear emails from Keyone? Where do you find bathrobes? What should I do if the shower gel is empty? What do you do if the sauna has not been switched on?), but point out with each sentence immediately that they are not responsible for such concerns.
In principle, I then contacted Keyone in Innsbruck via the booking platform (chat) for all of the above concerns, who always responded promptly. They'll come by in the morning for cleaning. Of course, this has the disadvantage that if there is a lack of bathrobes or shower gel in the evening, such things can only be delivered the next morning. In our opinion, the online concept might fit a motorway overnight hotel, but by no means a wellness hotel and correspondingly discerning guests.... and if it is to work, then all basic conditions must be organized in a pefelt way. The breakfast we found so lala. It was okay, but not outstanding. Pension character. Unfortunately, dinner didn't work. Italian pasta with Asian vegetables. And a burger. We're on Feb. Evening went out for dinner, there it was excellent. But beware, there are virtually no restaurants in the off-season and certainly not after 8 p.m.
I found it particularly cumbersome that you had to carry the shower gel in the bathroom from the shower to the sink and back again, as there was no separate hand soap (not even on demand). It was in bottles like this that are actually attached to the wall - except that there was no holder for it, so you always had to turn them upside down.
