Modern Place in a Great Location
Touchless check-in and an entrance inside of a locked outside door, it is very secure.
All located along a central hallway, three separate rooms that can sleep seven comfortably (plus a sleeper-sofa in the living room), two bathrooms, a full kitchen, eating space for eight, and a full balcony make it is deal for a family or a group travelling together.
Kitchen has all amenities needed and it was nice having a washer/dryer available in the unit.
It is very quiet, there is foot traffic, but there are a couple of office buildings nearby, so it gets really quiet after 5/6p. The rooms are very comfortable with good windows, and decent linens on the beds (the down comforters were cozy warm!).
Finally, on clear days there are great views of the mountains from the balcony and kitchen area. Great spots for a morning coffee before you start the day or sharing a bottle of wine in the evening.

Mala experiencia
On the first day, while cooking something very basic (boiled rice with sausages), with the extractor fan on, the fire alarm went off. Since it’s part of a tourist complex, it cannot simply be cancelled, so the fire brigade came.
The company “invites” you to pay €150 for the cost of the firefighters coming, but that’s misleading because they don’t allow you to check out unless you pay it.
Incomer tells you that, of course, you need to keep the windows open while cooking so the alarm doesn’t go off… in the middle of winter, with the alarm sensor located right above the stove and oven.
In addition, a friend of ours who is an architect working in Innsbruck explained the local regulations to us, and according to her, this charge should not apply.
In summary, the accommodation itself is okay, but because of this issue we spent the entire week worried that the alarm would go off again. As a result, we went out for dinner every day, and for breakfast we opened all the windows in the apartment and turned on the extractor fan just to make toast and coffee, out of fear of having to pay another €150.
They also have WhatsApp, but no one replies there, and they only respond to emails when it suits them. That said, we received the email requesting payment for the fire alarm within five minutes.
In summary:
* Good location
* Good facilities
* Comfortable beds
* Kitchen is quite good, although you can’t really use it properly because the alarm goes off
* Customer service is fairly poor
Exceptional location
