Fantastic location and great hosts!!

For many many years our perfect getaway for skiing in beautiful Kappl. Margit and Gottlieb are very warm and wonderful people and great hosts. The landhaus is in a great shape and very comfortable close to the skilift of Kappl and in a short distance of the lively Ischgl. We stay always in room 2 where there's now also a second bathroom. We love the place together with our family and friends and look forward to be back in 2018. Can't wait!

Right place for a stay in Kappl - Ischgl Ski Region!

Very convenient location; cosy,very clean & good equipped apartment + excellent hospitality provided by owners = perfect winter stay in Kappl - Ischgl Ski Region. Thank You - we will absolutely come back. Robert & family

No complaints!
Location 8 minutes away by car Ischgl ski area, easily accessible in any weather. Very gracious host, speaks only German, but very nice. Breakfast ok, cleaned every day, finding very good conditions.
About the ski does not need to write, everyone knows it is one of the best in Austria!

Wie immer eine tolle Zeit. Kappl im Landhaus Sailer ist einfach Erholung. Skigebiet Kappl ist super, für jeden was dabei und schöne Hütten zum Verweilen und vor allen Dingen schneesicher! Jedes Jahr ein toller Urlaub

ankommen u die seele tankt - 1a

wer hier ankommt, erlebt gastfreundschaft pur, ja ankommen in der familie, top service rundum, zeit für die gäste, geselligkeit, sauberkeit wärme u geborgenheit. die besten kaffee--variationen beim frühstück, wunderbares ,allmorgendliches buffet, dazu jeden morgen eier in allen variationen frisch und liebevoll zubereitet und schön garniert serviert, sauberkeit 1a u vor allem auch wohltemperierte Räume, gerade im übergang wie herbst oder frühjahr, wenn der körper sich noch nicht ganz auf die kommende jahreszeit eingestellt hat, ist es angenehm und der gast fühlt sich pudelwohl. neben der morgenpost gibt es auch tips und unterstützung bei der programmgestaltung im urlaub bis hin zu ggf. sogar begleiten von wanderungen (wie sonnenaufgang oder almenbesuch) - was will der gast mehr ? super lage u ideal, da auch in der nähe der bushaltestelle und doch ruhig in 2. reihe von der straße im hintergrund, parkplätze genügend vorm haus kostenlos - hauseigene quelle mit einer super wasserqualität, am abend die füße im brunnen draußen zu erfrischen, belebt und macht einem startklar für den nächsten tag bevor man auf dem balkon dann noch ein wenig den tag ausklingen lassen kann ... perfekt. skiraum, e-bike abstellen, alles kein problem und desh. für alle jahreszeiten suuuuuper zu empfehlen - wir freuen uns aufs nächste wiedersehen - jahr für jahr - ihr seid einfach die besten und ihr in verbindung mit der ganzen paznauner bergwelt als auch dem radelwegnetz tun auf der ganzen linie dem gast soooo gut und man geht wohl erholt, verwöhnt und gestärkt zurück in den alltag !
