Absolutely perfect.

Very warm and efficient welcome.
The room is perfect, and the breakfasts are plentiful and delicious.

Believe the hype!

We had an amazing three nights, the only downside was that we had to leave. Believe what the reviews say, Klaus, Veronika and their daughters are wonderful hosts who will make you feel welcome and at home the moment you step through the door.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Edelweiss the last week of February 2026 and highly recommend this hotel. Klaus and Veronika are wonderful hosts. The hotel is clean and cozy, close to the Hahnenkamm gondola, and a 12-15 minute walk to all the good restaurants in Kitzbuhel. We had to check out our last morning before breakfast to catch a train to Vienna. Klaus and Veronika made us a delicious lunch for the train. The best place to stay in Kitzbuhel.

The wow-Factor

We have been guests here as winter sports enthusiasts from 2 to 4 February 2026. This family hotel is highly recommended.
The great atmosphere in this hotel is created by the warm personality of the host, hostess and both hostesses. The hotel offers various facilities and is within walking distance (about 300 meters) of the Hahnenkammbahn ski lift and the center.
We were welcomed with a cup of coffee and Austrian goodies. The breakfast is extensive and good. Because we have been in the ski season, we were surprised in the afternoon with a buffet of various snacks and delicious (homemade) mulled wine.

10 and praise!

We stayed at this exceptional hotel for the New Year holidays and look forward to returning. The owners are very kind and nice, super quality breakfast and snack (I recommend the scrambled eggs prepared at the moment). The hotel is equipped with a sauna, very cozy and a comfortable ski room. The location is ideal both for getting to the center (5 'walking) and for the departure of the ski lifts (4 'walking, shoulder skiing, from the Hahnenkamm). If you could give 10 pellets they would all be for them! Congratulations!
