Unfortunately it was marred by poor service
But:
Until you are brought to the square you sometimes have to wait a long time.
The pastry ran out about 45 minutes before breakfast time ended. The staff responded annoyed on request.
The Bircher muesli was also not replenished 1 hour before the end.
It's a pity, this definitely shouldn't happen. This unfortunately leaves an unpleasant memory

Hotel in the start-up phase
My thoughts relate to the hotel. The complex offers a restaurant and of course the development and implementation of Smart Home.
Positive
I had a modern premium room with a large terrace, which I could unfortunately only see but not use because of snow and cold.
The bed with a good hard mattress was of good quality, especially for me as a stomach sleeper. It was quiet in the room and I was not disturbed by neighboring rooms. I didn't have to use my individual earplugs in the room.
The breakfast was more standard, there was no variety. I would have liked to see a homemade jam with little sugar, but without disgusting sugar substitutes.
The sauna and pool were very high quality. As a responsible guest, I would have liked to retract the cover again after using the pool. For safety reasons, however, guests are not allowed to do this.
The lunch included for me was very convincing in terms of quality and quantity.
The contact with the director, Mr. Schwarzenberger, was positive, he was open to questions and suggestions.
Negative
Unfortunately, I could only tolerate the fitness room with earplugs; the volume was unbearable for me. The sauna was also often much too loud. I was lucky once, there was no background music.
Many guests will have problems with this noise.
Desk
There was a mini desk that was stuck to the wall. For me, this was and is a no-go. Unfortunately, I was unable to get an upgrade or a larger, simple table in my room. I discussed the problem with the manager. There is certainly a viable emergency solution with suitable tables from the depot, simple, stable and flexible to handle.
As a frequent traveler, I am often offered an upgrade by the hotel without me asking. Here, the hotel was only half full, which would certainly have made this possible.
