Kitchen does not keep its promises

We ate there twice. The soup and salad as a starter were OK, but the fact that the forkful of salad was served straight away with the main course was less so. The main courses were good, the first two eighths of white wine were at freezing point, the second at around 5 degrees. The curd strudel did not come from the restaurant's own kitchen, nor did the ingredients come from local producers. The poppy seed cake would have been fine without 0.5cm of sugar icing.
The second time we ate, the sirloin was cut so badly that one part was cooked through and the other was thankfully still pink. The porcini mushroom sauce consisted of at least 95% chanterelles. All in all, a disappointment after the promises on the menu.

If you are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place!

It starts at the reception where you are given a friendly welcome. We had booked half board. The food is simply a DREAM. We were here 3 years ago and absolutely nothing has changed. This is a holiday with friends!!!!

Cozy and friendly

Feels just like home.. Where Gere with our 3 kids on skiing vacation. The staff is so helpfull and friendly. And the nature.. Well it is Austria at its best.. You Will not find a more friendly place in Austia

Good relax in quite place. But this hotelcould be evaluated for 3 stars only! Who gave them 4 stars? However there was kind and responsive staff, new looking and modern rooms in main house, quite good cuisine. But... Unbelivable old and ugly rooms in second building named Pension Ingrid. Be careful while booking.
