The room was clean and large. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. We ordered room service which was timely delivered and tastes good.

Convenient location a short walk to VIE airport. Very basic hotel room. Lobby had a weird odor. Smelled like dirty diapers and I couldn’t tell where the smell was coming from. It still smelled like that as I left the hotel in the evening several hours later. At registration, you can select whether you agree to receive hotel solicitation. I marked “decline” for all of them but when he printed out the form for me to sign, it had all the boxes marked “yes” to receiving hotel offers and solicitations. When I asked him about it, he said that it didn’t matter. It does to me. That was sneaky. I crossed it out and marked it “no.” If people aren’t reading it carefully, they’ve just signed up for spam emails.

Very close to the international airport terminals and convenient especially if you are traveling with a family.

Zanko on reception os a star!

As always a great stay - I've stayed in your hotel a number of times, but during my most recent stay on 28/08/26, Zanko on reception was especially helpful - allowing me a little extra time to check out. I hugely appreciated this as we had a very busy schedule that weekend and the extra rest helped enormously.
Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel before a very early flight! Zanko at the front desk was brilliant, and helped us with everything we needed for a relaxing night after a long hiking trip. The room was comfortable, clean and very nice. We ordered room service for dinner and that was delicious. We left too early for breakfast, but there were some items left out that we could grab on the way.
