Very disappointing, rip-off

Had already rated unfortunately the first review has disappeared without a trace, therefore I try again.Was at the sep for food.There was for us a table for 2 people without reservation.The service was friendly,the order went quickly but also not much to do now.We ordered nothing large,only a fries and an appetizer.On request I could order a small side salad with it and put together myself at the salad buffet, which I felt very positive.About the relatively high bill I was nevertheless surprised, but did not immediately look at the individual positions.The side salad in a small compote bowl was calculated at say and write 11.90 euros.Outrageous and for me an absolute cheek not to say rip-off.

ZILLERTAL

Hotel located in a charming and strategic area to visit all that the Zillertal valley offers.
Friendly and sunny owner,
But many flaws, starting from the fact that upon our arrival the structure was closed despite we had check-in at 14:00.
I had booked the cot in the room and I was not made to find, only after asking in the evening they solved. I had booked three rooms even one did not have the key fortunately then this also solved
Almost non-existent cleaning bathroom almost never cleaned or cleaned in a very, very superficial way so much so that the
Sink was always so since
First day
Dinner without much variety every night soup as a first course and meat or chicken as a main course all confided by annoying flies that almost limited us to dinner so much so that one evening we decided not to dine on site
Unempathetic staff
Too bad because with that
Location would take little but very little to give a better Service and make your stay unforgettable.

Great stay! Good food! Friendly staff! Nice setting! A very nice view. Located close to the ski slope and bus stop. Jacuzzi and sauna are great. Super friendly owner. We will definitely come back here again! One word: great!

Great service Zum Sepp

Great zirbe, food and vibes! I was there with a couple of friends on a ski-trip. We had the best time thanks to the great service of Jan and Nicola! Every singe day they serve their delicious food and drinks with a big smile. They are doing a very great job
