Ski vacation in wind and snow 2026

We really enjoyed our time with Annemiek and her family despite the unfavorable weather conditions. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very cozy. The mattresses and the bathroom are excellent; the kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking utensils, and even some spices, oil, tea bags, etc. are available, which makes staying for a week significantly easier. Thank you for that! Only the slightly wobbly dining table needs some support. The ski room makes drying the equipment easier. You can walk to the train station in 5-6 minutes; the ski shuttle bus stops in front of the house (on the main road), and it takes less than 20 minutes to reach the village center.

exceptional

Perfect location with easy access to both ski resorts, Ankogel and Mölltaler Glacier. The apartment complex is located in a beautiful area with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day on the slopes.
The owners were responsive and very helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. We especially loved that they organised a burger night with a fire and grill — it was such a nice touch and a great way to enjoy the evening.
Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Grandiose

Annemiek and Erik are very welcoming and super cooks with meals by the campfire, along with other guests. You feel very welcome!

Very nice fine apartments with party breakfast

What a top spot. Run with a lot of love by the Dutch couple Annemiek and Erik (and their son Willem Jan). Beautiful apartments with lovely beds and a nice kitchen with seating area. Attention to detail regarding the stylish decoration. Breakfast is catered to the last detail and in the garden there are playground equipment, a sauna and a chill spot by the river. On Fridays, homemade pizzas are baked in the brick oven and there is a social gathering with the other guests.

An experience!

Hugely enjoyed our summer holidays in the mountains! Mallnbach apartments are clean, luxurious and the beds sleep wonderfully. The breakfast is an absolute must, as well as "civic evening" which is held in the beautiful garden. Erik, Annemiek and Willem-jan make it a complete experience!
