Amazing

Overall the staff are extremely friendly and for the price of the stay wasn’t OTT. The only downside for this hotel was how shockingly horrendous the WiFi was to use , I had to use my own person data which in a different countries cost quite a lot .

Outstanding in all aspects

This is a top class hotel where the owners went above and beyond to meet our needs. The location is central to xcellent slopes/walking area. The food was delicious with plenty of variety and all dietary needs met. I was so sad to leave, they even waved us off. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

A lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The owners are extremely lovely, the food was great, the rooms are beautiful together with the view from the balcony.
There are simply too many sightseeing and activity possibilities nearby. You don’t even need to get into the car to go up a mountain, to ride a bike on some beautiful trails, to go swimming. Next time we’ll bring the kids too as there are countless activities for them to have fun.
Oh yeah and you can almost do anything for free in the vicinity beacuse you get free passcards alomg with your room.
I absolutely recommend this place for anyone.

Všetko zle, nepríjemné privítanie. V izbe bola nepríjemná zima, na našu žiadosť či by mohli viac zakuriť sme dostali odpoveď že nie, lebo oni musia šetriť a dali nám špinavú deku. Raňajky menej chutné a vecera chutila akoby ju už raz zmrazili a znova podávali. Nikdy viac

Viel Luft nach oben!

Vergesst alles, was vor 2018 über dieses Hotel geschrieben wurde: Es stimmt nicht mehr. Die Besitzer haben gewechselt, jetzt ist es eine ungarische Familie. Wir haben dort die vielgerühmte österreichische Gastfreundschaft vermisst und hatten nie das Gefühl, dass wir als Gäste willkommen waren.
Fangen wir mit der Sauna an: im Internet steht, dass auf dem Zimmer als Inklusivleistung eine Wellnesstasche mit Bademantel und Saunatuch bereitliegen. Das war vom Vorbesitzer. Jetzt kostet der Bademantel und das Saunatuch entgegen der Werbung 10 Euro für 3 Tage und 13 Euro für 4 Tage. Einen überzahlten Betrag von nur drei Euro habe ich zurückbekommen mit den Worten "Werden Sie glücklich damit".
Zum Thema Wein: in Österreich bin ich gewohnt, eine schöne Weinkarte zu bekommen, das kann auch durchaus nur eine kleine Auswahl sein. Im Neuwirt gibts als Auswahl nur 1 Liter Rot, 1 Liter Weiß oder ein Cuvee. Das ganze kann man auch in Achtelgläsern bestellen. Das war's.
Das Frühstück, obwohl die Auswahl nicht überwältigend ist, ist Standard. Am besten waren die kleinen Croissants und das frische Gemüse.
Das Abendessen wird in Buffetform serviert, nur für die Hausgäste. Ein Restaurant für die Öffentlichkeit gibt's nicht mehr. Das Abendessen war größtenteils geschmacklich nicht zu genießen, die Suppen waren naja..., der Nachtisch wahrscheinlich aus dem Großhandels-Supermarkt, Alternativen zum Nachtisch gab's nicht.
Die Sauna ist ca. 2x2 m groß, maximal 7 Leute mit engem Hautkontakt können da gleichzeitig rein. Das Dampfbad ist ein Plastikfertigteil, an einigen Kanten läuft braune Soße raus. Der Skikeller ist viel zu klein, ohne Lüftung, und beheizt werden die Skischuhhalter wahrscheinlich nur ab und zu.
Die Wirtsstube wird gegen 22:00 Uhr geschlossen, dann gibts nichts mehr. Auch keine Getränke.
Lichtblicke sind, dass das Hotel insgesamt sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen ist, die Betten, in denen man gut schlafen kann und die Skibushaltestelle vor der Tür.
