Serious privacy violations an unwelcoming owner
Although the host was friendly in Booking messages, her behavior changed immediately upon arrival. While we were still unloading our luggage, she began warning us about how “bad” previous guests had been and stated that if we made any violation or noise, she would immediately call the police. This created a hostile atmosphere before our stay had even begun.
One evening around 11:00 pm we were talking and briefly laughing in the apartment after returning from après-ski. Instead of contacting us normally or asking us to lower the volume, the host entered our apartment without permission and began shouting and threatening to call the police and evict us.
Even more concerning, the host entered the apartment again while we were not present. There was no emergency, and there was no other valid reason for her to enter. We know she entered because a small piece of paper we had placed in the door was moved to the kitchen. This repeated unauthorized entry was a serious violation of our privacy and made us feel unsafe.
We understand and respect quiet hours. However, entering a rented apartment without consent, especially multiple times, is unacceptable and far beyond normal hospitality standards.
We paid a significant amount for this stay and expected basic privacy and respectful communication. Unfortunately, we did not receive either.
We would strongly advise future guests who value privacy and a secure environment to reconsider.

Great start .. bad ending .
Almost every day, we would see her, often for no apparent reason. She would use the excuse of bringing us schnapps to "check" the apartment, which felt intrusive and unnecessary. We were four women in our late 30s and 40s, and it started to feel more like we were being monitored than guests in a rented space.
We were also shocked to find out that she had CCTV installed somewhere on or in her apartment, which she failed to disclose beforehand. Additionally, we were accused of damaging the front door (a small chip of wood) but, despite her claims, she refused to provide any CCTV footage to back up her accusations.
To make matters worse, she unexpectedly presented us with a 150 euro cleaning bill upon checkout, which had never been mentioned in the initial booking or any prior communications. This was a surprise that we intend to address with the booking platform (Weski).
When we left, we were contacted the very next morning with a message asking where a chair from the apartment was. It turned out it had simply been moved across the room — did she seriously think we packed it in our suitcase?
What started as a pleasant experience turned into something quite uncomfortable. You should not expect to see the owner as frequently as we did. It’s a rented apartment, and while we understand there will be signs of use, it seemed like she wanted the place to appear untouched, despite us paying the rental fee. After accusing us of damaging the door and creating unnecessary tension, she texted to say that we would not be welcome back — a shocking and unprofessional response.
In the end, we kindly agreed that we would not be returning, and this would be by our own decision. Overall, despite the apartment itself being lovely, the owner's behavior soured the entire experience. Would not recommend unless you're comfortable with constant monitoring and unexpected charges
Thankfully before we left, I took full video of how apartment was
