Hotel Edenlehen enjoys a quiet location on the edge of Mayrhofen in the Ziller Valley, only a 10-minute walk from the town centre and a 5-minute walk from the local cable cars, and offers a spa area with an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool.

a wonderful short vacation
Even upon entering the house, we felt comfortable. Everyone, whether owner or staff, was very friendly, and you can feel that immediately. The rooms were already ready, so we could check in right away. With the wonderful large seating area, it was also very cozy.
The wellness area is incredibly beautiful. From a smaller indoor pool with massage jets, you go through a glass wall directly into the large heated outdoor pool. Additionally, there is an infrared cabin and a textile sauna, as well as a tea and fruit bar. There is also a steam bath and an extra sauna. For the little ones, there is a large play area with a climbing wall, various vehicles, indoor slide, etc.
The food was simply delightful, from breakfast to dinner. Everything was very fresh, and much of it was homegrown or homemade. Additionally, there is also a farm shop where you can take many things home.
The grounds around the house complete the wonderful impression. Tastefully arranged and enormous.
All in all, a highly recommendable establishment.

Fabulous hotel
We stayed a week (skiing) in March. The hotel is one of the best we've stayed in the Alps. The hotel is situated one the outskirts of Mayrhofen, so is a lot quieter than the main drag (which we appreciated). It's only a 10 minute walk to the Penken gondola, and the hotel has lockers at the top station, so it's an easy walk. There is also a ski bus stop outside the hotel if needed. The room was large and had a lovely south facing balcony with a great view. The pool (in/out) and the sauna areas were excellent. The evening dinner was a highlight - every dish we had was delicious (and locally sourced). I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Excellent hotel
Superb hotel in a peaceful area within easy walking distance of the town. The food was delicious throughout our 10 day stay. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. If we come back to this area, we will definitely use this hotel again

Outstanding hotel and exemplary staff…..
Stayed in the Edenlehen for 9 nights for a skiing trip to Mayerhofen. The hotel is set 10 minutes of a walk outside of the zoo that is Mayerhofen town centre so nice and quiet. It is a beautiful hotel both inside and out and is part of a working farm so produces some of its own food.
The rooms (we stayed in 235 which had views over the town and out to the mountains) are spacious, well appointed and cosy. The cleaning teams do a great job in the rooms.
We took avantage of the hotels offer of a free ski locker on the Penken mid station to store our gear but there is a decent boot and ski storage room in the hotel.
The swimming pool and relaxation area are lovely after a day in the mountains, warm water, bubbles and never busy when we were there.
Food is excellent, 5 courses every night and the cheese produced on the farm is outstanding, particularly the Bergkase.
All of the staff are a credit to the hotel but particular mention should go to Patrick in the bar and Roman in the restaurant, nothing was ever too much effort and everything was done with a smile, they made us feel really welcome.
No one quite does hospitality like Austria which is why I have been coming here for many years and stayed in some quite lovely hotels but this is one of the best, 100% recommended and we will certainly be back.

What a great hotel
15 minutes walk from the train station and ten minutes walk from the Penken Edenlehen is ideally located .
Very friendly efficient staff and the hotel is very comfortable . The rooms are a good size and the shower was great . Dinner was really good and surpassed my expectations . The spa facilities are wonderful , just what you need after a day’s skiing !
Over all I thought it was excellent value and I look forward to returning .
