Great stay

The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. The continental breakfast was good, with bacon and eggs offered to be cooked. The sauna was clean and available in the evenings. The room was warm and there was not much sound from the nearby bars. The location is fantastic and close to the main penkenbahn lift.

Welcoming hotel

Very friendly staff, helpful. Clean an well looked after hotel, continental breakfast buffet with fresh fruit prepared, cooked egg and bacon available on request.
Immaculate Sauna and well being room (lounge chairs) available in the evenings

Amazing

me and my girlfriend stayed here during snowbombing 2018 and i was surprised by the hotelto say the least.
the hotel was Great, very nice clean place, staff were amazing with helping us when we needed information, they allowed us to stay an extra night at a very very reasonable price even tho they planned to close the hotel on our scheduled last day.
all in all we were extremely pleased with the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Snowbombing 2017

Booked for the Snowbombing festival, great central location, lovely room with balcony, large shower room and seperate toilet, plenty of storage space and seperate room on the ground floor for your equipment. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Good Family-run Hotel

This place was exactly how we expected the holiday to be. It was well-situated in the heart of the action of Mayrhofen, but also cheaper than the other fancier places nearby. So it is good value for money.
The rooms were nice and spacious, comfortable enough for large bags with all your snow gear and equipment. There's a decent amount of wardrobe space, there is a sofa that can be used as a single bed, plus table and 2 chairs. There is an electronic safe and a balcony to enjoy the outdoor air. The bathrooms were sufficient in size, although the amenities supplied are a little small in quantity provided (small bottles and not replenished daily).
The breakfast room is nice and cosy and you can get a decent European continental breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs and bacon to start your day. The hotel also has a sauna, relaxation lounge area and a room to dry all your snow gear.
The family is really lovely and helpful, providing good recommendations and suggestions to go out to see and where to eat in Mayrhofen. Highly recommend this place, whether you're a family or a group of friends.
