Schönes Hotel

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für eine Nacht im Residenz Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war neu, modern und sauber. Die Zimmergröße war so, dass wir, hätten wir etwas mehr Zeit gehabt - es auch länger darin schön gefunden hätten. Da wir während des Tages wandern waren, konnten wir die tolle Wellness und Sauna Anlage nicht wirklich testen.
Am Abend haben wir noch das Menü im hauseigenen Restaurant genossen - Preis Leistung sehr gut.
Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Hätte diese Hotel noch einen schönen Garten oder eine nettere Umgebung, würde ich sofort fünf Punkte vergeben

Never again

Worst short vacation I've ever had.
We couldn't even get a drink at the restaurant that was supposedly part of the hotel.
The waiter immediately fobbed us off and just wanted to get rid of us. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly. No restaurant or anything else nearby where we could eat or drink something. We were close to cutting our vacation short.

Nice view, ok Appartment, to much Led light (bedroom has more lumens than most work places) for my taste.
Plus for use of Granite etc,
The whitewares was all very nice, the dishwasher has a hidden compartment where all the cutlery was drying.
The cafe machine was a full automatic, and made decent cafe.
Sadly the sink was dripping, and the electric heater made sure that the water at start and and stopp of any water usage would Sterilize your hands or anything else you would put under.
Cleaning was pretty bad, we found hair and dirt in The bath room. The bedsheets had large yellow stains and a assorted selection of hair, long, short, very curly etc

So la la

Check in sehr kurz und knapp das man fragen musste wo das Zimmer ist ob mit Lift Treppe oder ähnliches. HP oder a la carte wurde nicht erwähnt, müssten wir selber erfragen am nächsten Tag. Zimmer Top sauber auch die Massage war sehr angenehm. Menü am 2ten Abend hervorragend, allerdings waren wir a la carte Gäste uns uns wurde einfach beginnen das HP Menü zu servieren, trotz ausdrücklicher Reservierung an der Rezeption. Auch sehr schade Kellner gab sich große Mühe doch nahm er ohne zu fragen schon mal den Probeschluck unserer Rotweinflasche ohne zu fragen. Mit anderen Gästen haben wir uns auch unterhalten, diese zählten weniger über Lidl Reisen für eine Woche als wir bei direkter Buchung. Empfehlung wirklich alle Plattformen durchsuchen! Beim Check Out selbe wie zu Beginn zahlen, „ok macht das kommen Sie gut Heim.“

Schönes Hotel

Wir waren auf Wandeurlaub für ein Wochenende in diesem sehr schönen, ziemlich neu hergerichteten Hotel.
Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus Wanderungen beginnen.
Das Personal, besonders ein Kellner war sehr nett.
Das Restaurant ist gut, das Menü war preislich in Ordnung, a la carte aber zu teuer.
