A lovely stay in january 2020!
In the diningroom we enjoyed good food & friendly service. We can recommend a walk along the Erlaufer Stausee.

Standard, but highly unculpable
The management's behavior is absolutely unculpable. When requesting an available offer (4 nights incl. ski pass) was not pointed out.Our booking therefore included 7 nights in a double room with breakfast.
We were the only guests at the hotel for days and the surrounding gastronomy was limited to a single restaurant with a very modest menu.
After 5 days we had exhausted all excursion possibilities and decided to end the stay.
Contrary to our decades of experience, the unused days were charged and we were offered credits that we did not accept because of the bleak environment. The unpopular attitude of the management encouraged us to avoid this hotel in the future and not to recommend it to others.

Keine Empfehlung! Kundenfeindlich und kommunikationsunwillig!
Einige Stunden lang kam keine Antwort. Daher habe ich dort angerufen.
Die Gesprächspartnerin hat mir schwer verständlich und unfreundlich in gebrochenem Deutsch mitgeteilt, dass ich 90% der Kosten zu tragen hätte, da ich laut den AGBs mehrere Monate vorher stornieren hätte müssen. Ein Gespräch mit der Vorgesetzten wurde mir verweigert!
Einige Tage später hat ein anwesender Kollege versucht ein Entgegenkommen zu erwirken. Ergebnislos mit Verweis auf die AGBs.
Sicher ist, dass wir an dem Standort nicht mehr buchen werden! Unfreundlich! Unkulant! Kein Gespräch mit einer vorgesetzten Person war möglich.

Gut, aber nicht mehr.
ABER: im Vergleich zu früheren Bewertungen scheint der Service sehr nachgelassen zu haben.
In unserem Zimmer fehlte der groß angekündigte Begrüßungs-Obstkorb, der Minikühlschrank und der Kosmetik-Spiegel.
Das Frühstücks-Buffet war klein, der Käse auf der Platte sieht aus, als würde er auch mal ein paar Tage warten, bis sich jemand seiner erbarmt und das Service-Personal kommt beim Nachfüllen auch nicht wirklich in die Gänge.
Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, das allerdings sicherlich bessere Zeiten hatte und bei dem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in letzter Zeit sicherlich gelitten hat.

Ordentliches Haus
Leider ein Reinfall war das angeblich dazugehörige Lokal „Das Ko’eck“. Über 1 Stunde Wartezeit auf Burger, die grausam nach Fertigprodukt schmeckten, nicht gewürzt und offenbar auch alt waren. Die Hälfte der Bestellung wurde trotz der Wartezeit vergessen. Die Magenverstimmung haben sich in der Nacht dann rasch eingestellt. Sehr schade.
