Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert
Sehr entspannte Gastwirtfamilie, eine tolle Wiese direkt am Ufer. Alles extrem locker - viele Stammgäste, zum Teil seit Jahrzehnten, die zugleich aber sehr offen sind für "Neue". Für Familien toll, wir sind seit 5 Jahren hier.

Outside Hui inside Pfui
Even the reception was not really warm and pleasant. We had the Ap. 2 booked and also confirmed (email). After arriving we were led to a completely different (very small) apartment. Of course we were not satisfied with it as we had explicitly booked the larger apartment. You can feel comfortable on holiday or do I see it wrong? After all, you pay for it. After a conversation with the boss of the house we want our booked room, only the answer came that this would not be possible, as regulars had come forward and they want the room. I don't think we can, every guest should be treated equally. After minutes long back and forth we were given the booked apartment. But the boss really made us feel her displeasure. This went on all five days. We also had my dog with us and it was immediately asked if we had registered it at all, which of course we did in advance. Due to this somewhat bumpy start we felt totally unwanted and unfairly treated the entire holiday, because all other guests were warmly welcomed and everyone was taken care of. On the penultimate day there was a full watering can for our door, looked for me somehow like a message to water the flowers, thought for a moment but didn't get it done. So I was again on my way to the lake access (which by the way is least very nice and well maintained) I met the boss and she asked me when our dog would not be in the apartment so she can water the flowers. Since her mood was still no better, I suggested she do it for her. However, our dog was only on the penultimate day for a few hours in the apartment which was very hot during the day and we were only a few meters away on the lake. On all other days our dog was always there. Also that day we brought in a little later to our house.
What I can positively rate is the view from the balcony, you can see the wonderful Weissensee in its full glory. And also the landlord (her husband) is totally nice and warm, only the boss is thoroughly unlikable. I've never seen anything like it.
All in all, I can't recommend this house if you're a regular customer probably already, but we never will. Too bad, recovery was not and we will never come back.

Toller Urlaub
Ein familiär geführtes Haus , was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Tolle Lage direkt am See mit hauseigenen Strand, Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Sitzgruppen, SUP Ruderboot durften genutzt werden. Zuverlässiger Brötchenservice und hauseigene Milchprodukte , alles sehr lecker. Man kann aber auch Frühstück buchen. Das Appartement, welches wir hatten, war für 4 Personen ausgerichtet. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, ausreichende Küchenausstattung, bequeme Betten. Durch die Weissensee Premium Card kostenfreie Nutzung von Bus, Schiff und dem Sessellift.
Wir kommen zu Familie Knaller sehr gerne wieder, denn wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
