Surrounded by meadows and forests with many hiking trails, the 4-star superior hotel Alpeiner - Nature Resort Tirol is located at the foot of the Stubai Alps, a 5-minute walk from Neustift’s village centre and 100 metres from the Elfer Ski Lift.

A very nice hotel with exceptional staff
A very nice hotel, great views of nature. Beautiful flowers in the grounds. Febulous indoor swimming pool and outdoor natural pool. The saunas and steam room were top class. There was a nice relaxation room off the pool area with great views.
The staff are exceptionally nice , friendly and attentive. Excellent service in the restaurant area, (thank you Jennifer). The food is delicious and plentiful. Excellent variety and nice chefs.
There was some initial apprehension about catering for a gluten free diet but the kitchen managed it extremely well. Allergens are listed on the dinner menu. In the morning there were g.f breads and cereals available.
Buffet was generous with lots of fresh fruits and a juicer available at breakfast. A juicer with a stronger motor would be great.
The staff in reception were so efficient and friendly. Very helpful about room selection.
The bedrooms and suites were nicely furnished and comfortable, with excellent storage. There was a mini bar, a kettle and coffee machine, with tea and coffee supplied. Suite had a lovely round table and seating with great views.
All in all a very nice hotel made very special by the excellent staff and delicious food, fabulous facilities.

Alpine vibe
The hotel immersed us in an Austrian fairytale, as if Christmas never ends in this place. Every morning in our room began with a breathtaking view of the mountains, evoking complete peace, tranquility, and harmony, and fully immersing us in the atmosphere of Austrian culture. The hotel is rich with local Austrian traditions and folklore.
We were lucky to attend an evening event at the hotel where live national music was played and people dressed in traditional costumes. Thomas, the hotel director, was always friendly and helpful with everything.
I’d also like to highlight the reception staff — they were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming with any question we had. The guys from the bar are simply the best! They can create any drink you ask for. Igor and his colleague (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) were always there to help!
I'm a beginner in skiing, but I can confidently say that this hotel is perfect both for professional sportsmen and for creative people in search of inspiration. Personally, my photos turned out like postcards, capturing the atmosphere of Tyrolean style with a modern twist.

A FABULOUS HOTEL
A perfect hotel. Difficult to find any faults. The position of the hotel is great just outside of town and looking over a wonderful stretch of pasture. The staff in all areas were first class - professional, kind, helpful and always up for a little friendly chat. There were too many great staff to try to name them so I won’t try.
Our room was a superior room. Super comfortable bed, excellent storage, settee and table, desk with chair, robes and slippers, a great shower and very soft towels. We had a large balcony facing west with two chairs around a table and two sun loungers.
We had half board. The breakfast buffet was great - so much choice and so fresh. Lots of different breads, honey on the comb and so much more. I can’t mention everything. Evening meals were served to table (apart from Saturday (when they do a buffet). Salad , appetiser, soup, main course, dessert and cheese. With choices for every course. Terrific food. And great wines of course.
The tiniest fault was that on our balcony we could not get wifi. That may have been a blessing of course.
