Superb two person apartment
We stayed four nights in one of the apartments and were very impressed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed to make good quality meals. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. They even provided washing up liquid and a variety of clothes to wash up with. There were plenty of towels- and I mean plenty- at least 5 each available! As well as extra blankets and shutters for all of the exterior doors and windows. There was a very informative welcome booklet and the owner was so friendly and helpful! You also get the Stubai Super card which is a huge bonus- you get free uplift, free access to swimming pools, free bus travel, free toboggan use and so much more! Only slight annoyance was that when we returned from a long walk in the rain there was no hot water- but this was at 2pm and by 5pm there was more than enough!

Sunny and quiet location
I had a very cheerful large room with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Owners very friendly and helpful. Very quiet location in Kampl 3 km from Neustift. Breakfast had everything you could want, except perhaps hot cereal. I gathered some of the other guests had been there before and were making return visits, as will I if I return to the area. I had a car so getting to Neustift was no problem. Otherwise the bus stop is just a few minutes walk.

5 stars service in a Pension at Neustift
Just came back from a 7 days stay at Neustiffit. We booked 2 bedrooms for my friends and girlfriend as we were in our annual ski holidays in Austria.
We selected this Pension for price and distance to the ski resort and we were surprised for the quality of the service at this little pension on Tirol. The rooms were big with an unbeatable size. The family who managed the Pension deliver a service level that is difficult to get in a 5 stars luxury hotel (and I work in one of them). They are very attentive to your needs, have always a smile form very early in the morning when they rush to have your breakfast ready for not to waste any time to go up to the mountain. They offer themselves to bring us to the bank to exchange money (we were travelling form the UK) and also to give us a lift to a rental ski equipment shop midway to the resort as we arrived very early and wanted to go skiing on our first day.
Frau Egger even lend me some sport gel when I slightly twist my knee on an unfortunate crash with my snowboard.
These are all the little things that make you come back to a hotel.
By the way, there is a free shuttle service that brings you to the resort 50 metres away form the pension door.

Eccellente scoperta
Decidiamo all' ultimo momento di recarci a Neustift in Austria, per il solito ritiro estivo della nostra squadra del cuore, Genoa 1893 CFC, fortunatamente dalla mia ricerca sul web, trovo disponibilità presso la pensione Mariandl, poco lontana da Neustift, ma adiacente al campo di calcio dove la squadra effettua gli allenamenti.
Torniamo alla Pensione, arriviamo di buon mattino, veniamo ricevuti dal marito della coppia che la gestisce.
Molto gentile, ci fa accomodare in anticipo nella stanza, ci fornisce il modello per la Stubai Card, che fornisce accesso gratuito a tutte le strutture ed i servizi di trasporto del comprensorio.
Dopo conosciamo pure la signora, estremamente gentile e la splendida loro bimba.
La nostra sistemazione era una stanza tripla, classica montana, interni ed arredi in legno di pino, bagno con doccia, confortevole, grande terrazzo con sedie e tavolino.
La colazione Europea a buffet, fornita degli alimenti necessari, tutto comunque molto fresco.
Pur non essendo una struttura molto grande, ci siamo trovati molto bene, dimentico un ampio parcheggio privato, mi sento di consigliarla a coppie e famiglie, alla ricerca di semplicità ed accoglienza .
