Highly recommended

Hotel Grünwaldkopf is a cosy hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. In my view, the flexibility of the kitchen is to be emphasized: due to my gluten intolerance (celiac disease), I depend on gluten-free narration (i.e. preferably without grain - especially wheat). The kitchen quickly adapted to this and - if necessary - even provided for me individually. Detailed enquiries regarding individual components/ingredients were also clarified immediately with the kitchen. High praise and thanks for that.

5 Star Experience

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, from those at reception, the restaurant staff and the ladies who cleaned the bedrooms. Each and every one was pleasant and helpful. The location is superb, just across the road from 3 big lifts. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. A big bonus for us was the large smart TV which allowed us to watch Netflix in the evening. Lastly, the food. Every single meal was delicious, with a varied menu each night and a choice of main courses, a salad buffet, soup and lovely deserts. I can only say positive things about this hotel. We will definitely be rebooking if returning to Obertauern. It was a 5 star experience from beginning to end

Fantastic

Super friendly staff. The rooms are clean, the breakfast and the dinner with the selection are very good.
The location is also great, you don't need a car to have fun in the snow and relax.
I will come more often if I can get a room.

Well run hotel

Very good hotel, value for money, very friendly staff especially bartender Ricardo, rooms always very well cleaned.
We'll definitely come back. The hotel is ideally located for the ski lift and the bus stop. The sauna area is small but nice.

neue Besitzer (Bergbahnen) direkt gebucht meinen Wünschen bezüglich Zimmer wurden Rechnung getragen vielen Dank.
Kann nur das Beste über das Personal festhalten. Küche sehr bemüht. Service im Restaurant sehr freundlich und schnell.
Wir bereisen dieses Hotel nun schon unter dem 3 Besitzer. Die Bergbahnen führen das Hotel sehr professionell.
