A perfect scam.

Very dirty, filthy, and unhygienic. Full of cobwebs, neglected... Toilet brush, dirt and grime everywhere. Soaking wet bath towels were lying on the bed upon our arrival. Everything is outdated, dilapidated... absolutely no safety precautions! Miserable! Urgently send the authorities - I demand my money back! No insight from the operator!!! I hope to exit without a parasite infestation

Simply terrible

Simply dreadful. Tiny room, dirty, old, a lot broken, really filthy.
Noise until late at night. Screaming in the stairwell. The images on the internet do not correspond at all with reality.
Hygiene supervision must be informed!!!

This hotel absolutely must be scrutinized by Hygiene Supervision and closed until everything is in a clean and tidy condition. You have to get scared that you're going to get all kinds of diseases. Were only 1 night and never again

Not Impressed

1. Room was in poor condition and generally not maintained well. The carpet is old and has large iron burn marks visible. Room didn't even have a glass we that could drink from.
2. The whole room suffered an electrical power failure at around 22:00hrs leaving us using our phone torch to see things until we went to sleep.
( tip to owner ) the filthy and very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom is probably the cause.
3. There are NO staff on duty at night so we couldn't get somebody to rectify the electrical power outage. When I complained in the morning the lady pointed at a phone number on the wall which I could have called.. I replied I would have if I'd have had a signal .
Owners should make it very clear in communication with clients that no one is physically on duty at night at the hotel.
( not sure if that is a breach of law in Austria for this size of hotel ? )
4. Building is 4 stories high but has no lift so avoid if you have heavy bags
5. Our stay was 1 night and in low season so room rate is probly half of high season charges. I would be doubly disappointed if I'd paid high season prices
6. My opinion: Location good but unfortunately accommodation not so good

Just no!

We booked one place and given another. You are very lucky if you have hot water in the shower and the shower is not the cleanest. The place is just off the train tracks. It's just not worth it....we are wery disappointed...
