Fantastic apartment that is clean and comfortable with a great location!

We booked (my husband our 10 year old daughter and I) this lovely apartment for a ski week during February half term. We have skied many times in different resorts and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in! We stayed in apartment 4 and booked via Booking.com.
When we arrived late on Saturday evening we were warmly welcomed by Peter the owner who made sure we were happy with the apartment and welcomed us to the resort.
The apartment is spacious, clean and very warm. The kitchen is well equipped with a fan assisted oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery/cutlery/pots pans etc. The apartment has two shower rooms that are clean and spacious. The water pressure is good so you can always have a hot shower after a day on the slopes. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space so there is no need to live out of your suitcase whilst you're there. The apartment has a large terrace and a smaller balcony off of the master bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is very peaceful so you can get a good nights sleep. There is also a sauna in the building available for guests to use although I can't say anymore about this as we didn't use it. The apartment also has free Wi-Fi.
The apartment has a parking space and is in the centre of town where you can enjoy the restaurants and you can also walk to two different supermarkets.
The gondola up to the Hochoetz ski area is a five to ten minute walk away and there are regular ski buses from the bus stop a few hundred metres away however we took our car as there is a large free car park located at the bottom of the gondola.
I would recommend this apartment because of the welcoming atmosphere, the standard of accommodation and it's central location.

very good

very good apartment. very comfortable. I reserved a small apartment and upfraded to the bigger one for plus 20 euro per day. the bigger one is more comfortable, 2 rooms, bigger kitchen with an oven, 2 wc. The owners speak english and very nice people. the village oetz is also very comfortable for tourists. 2 supermarkets, many restaurants, etc.

Pension ist etwas outdated aber noch immer im guten Zustand. Ruhige Lage mitten im Ötztal. Gutes restaurant ganz in der Nähe zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Gemütliche Frühstücksraum mit Kacheloffen.
